To facilitate the action of the preparations, drink 2 glasses of water before the application of Fillerina Gel.

Use Fillerina only on clean skin, free from sebum and impurities.

How To Use

Fillerina 12HA Densifying-Filler Intensive Treatment shall be used every day for 14 days, in the morning or evening, depending on individual needs and habits.
To promote Fillerina action, it is recommended to apply the product on clean skin, free from sebum and impurities.

Intensive Treatment

Fillerina 12HA Densifying-Filler features a mix of 12 different Hyaluronic Acid molecules with varying molecular weights and sizes that are especially effective at penetrating the layers of the skin (ex vivo tests with Franz Cells), thus allowing tissues to be filled in and plumped up. The molecular weights of the 12 Hyaluronic Acids with filling effect contained in this formulation range from 400 to 2000000 Dalton, and up to a Crosspolymer molecule, and all of them showed a great penetration capability (ex vivo test).
Fillerina 12HA Densifying-Filler associates also 3 Collagen molecules with different molecular weights (2 000, 12 000 and 300 000 Da) which, by penetrating up to the dermis (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), can promote an increase in the extracellular matrix density and improve the filling effect, in synergy with Hyaluronic Acid molecules. With chronological ageing also the quantity and quality of Elastin, the protein that builds up elastic fibres, drastically decreases thus threatening skin plasticity and contributing to skin sagging. The formulation associates 2 molecules of Elastin with different molecular weights (1 400 Da and 2 200 Da), which aim at compensating this loss and restore skin elasticity and plasticity.

TRANSDERMIC TECHNOLOGY

The skin is hardly permeable. In order for Fillerina Hyaluronic Acids and functional molecules to penetrate the different cutaneous layers, Labo researchers developed a Transdermic Technology based on the very low molecular weight of the active substances. This is the fundamental condition to guarantee their penetration exclusively in the skin layers. It is precisely thanks to this controlled penetration that the active ingredients are really effective.

The percentages reported here above refer to the transdermic penetration of the Hyaluronic Acids and of the functional active molecules, in solution, after 24 hours. Transdermic penetration was made possible by new Labo technology and tested by means of Franz Cells.

FILLERINA EFFICACY TESTS

In 14 days, the 12 Hyaluronic Acids contained in Fillerina play their fundamental action for skin filling and volumisation by performing a FILLER effect on skin depressions (wrinkles, furrows and sagging facial features), and on the areas to be intensified such as cheekbones and lips.

Ex vivo and in vivo efficacy tests demonstrate the excellent results that can be reached with the application of hyaluronic acid molecules, capable to penetrate the skin by passing through the skin layers thanks to their diversified molecular weights.

In particular, the in vivo study on Fillerina, carried out on 40 women under double-blind, placebo-controlled conditions, was the subject of a scientific publication in the authoritative JOURNAL OF COSMETIC DERMATOLOGY, published by Wiley, one of the most important international scientific publishers. This magazine is the official agency of the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology based in Philadelphia, USA.

THE RESULTS OF THE CLINICAL-INSTRUMENTAL STUDY

Wrinkle Depth Reduction

The treatment with Fillerina active products determines a reduction equal to -8.4%, -14.5% and -21.8% in wrinkle depth, respectively after 7, 14 and 30 days of treatment. 95% of the subjects had positive results at 14 and 30 days.
