You can place orders on our website in the following ways:

Once your orders are confirmed, they will be handed over to the cargo company within 1-2 business days (excluding official holidays and weekends). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The cargo company will deliver the product you purchased to the address you provided. If you are not present at the specified address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not pick up your package within three days, it will be returned to us.

We kindly ask you to check the product upon delivery. If your product is damaged, we strongly advise you not to accept it and to have a damage report prepared by the cargo personnel before returning it. In the absence of a damage report, Biomab İlaç Medikal Ticaret Limited Şirketi cannot claim compensation from the cargo company for the damage, and therefore, a refund cannot be issued to you.
